  • Bar & Alcohol

Knibbe Ranch requires all events serving alcohol to hire a TABC-certified bar service that carries liability insurance. We’re happy to provide a preferred vendor list, these teams come highly recommended by past guests for their professionalism and service.

For safety, a security officer is required during any reception where alcohol is served. The fee is $350 per officer, with one officer required per 100 guests.

We offer movable indoor bars inside Knibbe Halle and outdoor bar setups that can be rented for a nominal fee. You’re also welcome to bring your own bar setup to suit your style and service needs.
